سْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ,

I love quick and easy recipes, and the more colourful and healthy they are, the better. This mango salsa is a Mexican dish that is made with sweet, ripe mangoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime. It has a great sweet and spicy tang, and it is a fantastic side to have on your dinner table. It goes very well with Mexican dishes (If you’re having a Mexican night)
I find that it works well with rice, chicken & even seafood dishes.
