سْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ,
I love quick and easy recipes, and the more colourful and healthy they are, the better. This mango salsa is a Mexican dish that is made with sweet, ripe mangoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime. It has a great sweet and spicy tang, and it is a fantastic side to have on your dinner table. It goes very well with Mexican dishes (If you’re having a Mexican night)
I find that it works well with rice, chicken & even seafood dishes.
Ingredients for Mango Salsa
You can adjust in accordance with your taste preference.
- 1 diced ripe mango
- 1/4 of a red onion
- 1/2 jalapeño, minced
- fresh coriander
- 1 red ball pepper
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Cut and dice all the mango, onion, pepper, and coriander. The smaller you dice it the better. Squeeze fresh lime juice and serve. You can also add salt for taste.
